Kitchen

The main dining table has 8 chairs, and 6 more can be seated at the kitchen bench. Store your groceries in the pantry and/or on the mostly empty shelves near the fridge.

This is the "Black Lounge" near the front door. It has a TV, piano keyboard, books, toys and three black leather couches.

This is the "White Lounge" in the main living area.

This is the Master Bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and small ensuite.

"Bedroom 2" has 2 single mattresses and a small wardrobe.

"Bedroom 3" - All bedrooms are named for the number of beds they contain. 2 king singles (KS) in a bunk and 1 regular separate single bed.

This is "Bedroom 4" - 4 KS in two adjacent bunks. These are essentially built into the wall.

All the KS bunks can have an adult sit on the bottom bunk without hitting their head. The top bunk has much less room.

The Pake & Beppe Room contains a dual adjustable king bed. It does not have an ensuite, but the main bathroom is across the hall.

These are the main family toilets and shower. There are three toilets total in the house.

Both showers (ensuite and here) have a shower dome to keep you toasty and warm and to minimize water damage to the walls and ceiling.

In the garage, there are ample shelves for beach toys and chairs, as well as clothes lines for rainy days.

The garage contains Table Tennis and Foosball tables, as well as a washing machine and laundry table.

Outside

Outdoor solar shower for rinsing sand off after a trip to the beach.

Backyard patio with large table (the chairs are stored in the garage).
